Cancellation of Orders

At SSAF Workwear, we strive to ensure the quickest possible delivery time for our customers. However, sometimes becase of certain elements such as turnaround time it might not always be feasible to cancel an order.

Once an order is placed with us, various expenses are incurred, such as artwork production, material ordering, and vendor coordination, which are subject to their respective cancellation or restocking policies and charges.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, SSAF Workwear reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs, and any other expenses incurred by us between the time of payment and the cancellation request.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority at SSAF Workwear. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please get in touch with us. However, since we provide personalised goods, we can only accept returns in specific circumstances, such as if we have made an error or the garments are found to be faulty.

For faulty goods, please return them to us within 30 days of receipt for investigation and resolution. Kindly note that “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” are not covered by The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000.

Before placing your order, we advise you to carefully check the product size information. As we offer garments from different manufacturers, standard sizes may vary. For instance, a medium from one brand might differ from a medium of another brand. If you are unsure, please contact us for sizing information.

Once a garment is personalised, returns based solely on sizing issues can only be accepted if the product does not match the measurements provided in the item’s size information. If you receive garments that do not meet our stated size specifications, please contact us for assistance.

All personalised items from SSAF Workwear are made to order.

In the case of blank products, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return them for a refund of the item’s cost. If you wish to return blank items, please contact our customer services team with your order number, and they will guide you through the return process.
